1. Every year, the Nors Group organises the we nors awards initiative.

Article 2 | Objective

1. The objective of the we nors awards is to:

1.1 Recognise that effort and dedication from Nors’ employees and teams must be appreciated and celebrated. We strive to highlight wins, highlight talent and highlight excellence.

1.2 Promote development, knowing that each and every person in the Nors community has value. Not only that, every one of us stands to grow, learn and improve from each other. We aim to propagate this mindset from our movers and shakers to the furthest reaches of our community.

1.3 Reward great work, and also bring everyone together and celebrate each and every one of our successes. It is a reminder that our work goes beyond ourselves and that we, together, are Nors.

2.Through this initiative, we aim to recognise exceptional, individual and collective contributions in the following dimensions: team spirit, innovation, leadership, being Nors, customer orientation and business performance.

Article 3 | Evaluation Categories

1.1 we unite —with the we unite award we want to celebrate your team spirit.

1.2 we innovate —with the we innovate award we want to celebrate your innovation.

1.3 we lead —with the we lead award we want to celebrate your leadership.

1.4 we are —with the we are award we want to celebrate being Nors.

Article 4 | Application Eligibility

1. The we nors awards contest is open to all employees of the Nors Group.

2. Eligible employees can put themselves forward, be indicated by their line manager or by work colleagues.

3. Applications will not be considered, in any of the categories, if the associated actions are part of the candidates’ functions/responsibilities.

4. Applications that do not fulfil the necessary and compulsory requirements, in terms of their completion, may be excluded from the evaluation process, due to lack of information enabling the People and Communication Department (PCD) to carry out an objective and thorough analysis of the respective application.

Article 5 | Submission of Applications

1. Applications are made by completing the online Application Form. Employees who do not have access to a computer, should complete the Form in paper format, and it will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Operational Departments (HRDOs) of the Regions to ensure that employees have access to the Form.

2. The HRDOs of the Regions are responsible for receiving and forwarding the paper Forms to the PDC, which is responsible for carrying out their online registration within the deadlines defined for submitting applications, ensuring that the information contained on the Form is registered truly and exactly.

3. The application period will take place during a period to be set by the PCD.

4. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Article 6 | Application Receipt and Evaluation

1. Applications are received online, within the established deadline.

2. Analysis of the applications and selection of the nominees is made in accordance with the content submitted, and with the quality and merit of the contributions mentioned.

3. It is the responsibility of the PCD and HRODs to analyse and sort the applications.

4. It is the responsibility of the PCD to send, within a deadline to be set, all applications received in PDF format to the HRODs, maintaining the confidentiality of the Nominator and Nominee, together with a file where the representatives of the PCD and HRODs must evaluate and classify each of the applications.

5. The HRODs of the Regions may ask the PCD for additional relevant information needed to make a proper evaluation within the context of the applications.

6. Each application is evaluated vis-à-vis the Quality of the Action and its Impact on a scale of 4 (from 0 to 3). The final score of each application is the result of the sum of the values attributed to the Quality of the Action and its Impact and is represented on a scale of 7 (from 0 to 6).

7. The file with the evaluation of the applications, completed by members of the PCD and the HRODs, is sent to the PCD at a set date, communicated in a timely manner.

8. Applications with a final score of 3 or lower will automatically be excluded. In cases where there are no applications for a certain category with a final score above 3, the applications with the 3 highest scores may be considered, if the Quality of the Action and its Impact so justify, the final decision being made by the PCD and the HRODs.

9. After the first evaluation, it is the responsibility of the PCD to determine the applications with the 10 highest scores in each Category and send them to the HRODs on a stipulated date, communicated in a timely manner.

10. The PCD and the HRODs select the 5 applications per category they wish to be nominated, by the set date communicated in a timely manner.

11. The PCD determines the 5 most voted applications in each category and ensures that all additional information needed to disclose the Nominees is gathered.

12. The winner of each category is determined by the sum of the worldwide votes of the Nors Group employees, weighted according to the size of each region, and the individual vote of the members of the Board and Directors of Nors.

13. Votes may be cast electronically and by ballot, depending on the technological infrastructures available.

14. The result of the voting remains secret and is only known to the PCD until the time of the Ceremony, when the winners in each category are announced.

Article 7 | Structure and functioning of the Nominee Selection Panel

1. The Nominee Selection Panel will be composed of members of the PCD and the HRODs.

2. Nominee Selection Panel decisions are made by simple majority, if necessary at face-to-face meetings convened for that purpose, the Director of People and Communication having the deciding vote if there is a tie.

3. Nominee Selection Panel decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4. Under no circumstance may the Nominee Selection Panel or any of its members disclose the way members of the Panel have voted, individually or collectively.

5. Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, information on the nominees and winners in the different categories can be made available to the CEO of Nors, if he so requests, prior to their disclosure.

6. Enough evidence will be preserved to prove the regularity and conformity of the winner selection process, to be made available solely to the Internal Audit team.

Article 8 | Disclosure of the winners

1. The results of the contest and the winners in each of the categories of the we nors awards , with reference to the previous year, will be announced at a specific ceremony for that purpose.

2. The date and location of the event are disclosed in a timely manner by the PCD and the finalists/nominees are informed by appropriate means.

3. The Executive Directors of the Regions, the nominees and, subsequently, the remaining employees are informed of the nominations.
